I am very impressed with the service that your company has shown. Given my inability to organise the anniversary gift earlier I was expecting the 5 week delivery period without any change. However, you delivered as promised and it arrived in the post on the morning of our anniversary. Not only that, but it was nicely packaged and a very special gift combining willow and leather which are two of the materials for a 9th wedding anniversary - if you believe in that sort of thing.

DRIFTWOOD PEN
I just wanted to say thank you! The pen arrived just before 1pm on the Saturday of my daughter’s 21st birthday, she loves the pen, and it looks great.
She actually suffers from an allergic reaction to the plastic used in most mass produced pens which is why we looked at wooden ones.
Exceptional customer service is quite a rare thing to see these days. Thank you and your company for your efforts, I truly appreciate it.

I received a ring from you today and I just wanted to let you know how lovely I think it is!
The colours, the lovely smooth texture and the beautiful accent of sand (I’m fascinated to know how you add that!). It has a very grounding energy and such a lovely organic feel.
